Counting cogs

                    Counting Cogs Reflection

Yesterday and today we were working on an maths activity called "Counting cogs". In my group their was me, Prisha, Taanvi and Charlaye. My group role was the recorder/reporter role. So the recorder/reporter had to record the groups thinking and had to report to the learning coach about what they are doing or a strategy or something they had figured out. Prisha was the questioner/includer, Taanvi was the resource monitor and Charlaye was the facilitator.  The problem that we had to solve was to... Colour in 1 tooth of the cog and see if every gap in the 1 tooth coloured cog can go through each gap of the other cogs. We found that 5 and 7 didn't work because it is times to a odd number. The number's 6 and 8 did work because they times to a even number. So we found that even and odds mattered in this problem.

  5. Hi shreya
I really like the way you said who was in your group and that was a really good choice because you can't work with them much.
I think you could work on adding a picture to the blog post because it would be even better if there would be a picture .
I also like how you highlighted the main part of the post which is showing that you were enjoying finding out the answer of the problem .
